Urgent help
I am unable to offer crisis support.
If you require urgent mental health support please contact your child’s GP or NHS 111 (requesting the ‘mental health option’). NHS 111 is a 24/7 helpline offering immediate advice, support and signposting for people with mental health difficulties.
If someone's life is at risk, or if you don't feel that you can keep yourself or someone else safe, then you should dial 999 or go to your local Accident & Emergency department.
